Job Responsibilities
• Manage and develop relationships with assigned key accounts in the IT solutions portfolio
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue strategic growth initiatives
• Coordinate with technical teams to deliver tailored IT solutions that meet client requirements
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales presentations to clients
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for assigned accounts
• Conduct regular account reviews and maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive account management
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management or B2B sales, preferably in IT solutions or enterprise software
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, or enterprise applications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical teams
