Select Headhunter is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Batam to identify an experienced Maintenance Manager. This role offers the opportunity to lead maintenance operations in a dynamic production environment, ensuring operational excellence and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee all maintenance activities across manufacturing facilities to ensure maximum equipment uptime and reliability
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and engineers
Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and capital expenditure planning
Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
Analyze equipment performance data and implement improvement strategies
Manage relationships with external contractors and equipment vendors
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
Minimum 8-10 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
Proven experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Knowledge of ISO standards and safety regulations
Experience with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodologies preferred
