Job Responsibilities
• Manage and develop key customer accounts within the telecommunications industry
• Drive end-to-end sales processes from initial contact through to contract closure and implementation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within existing accounts
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical, commercial, and after-sales support
• Monitor account performance, contracts, and revenue targets
• Conduct regular customer meetings to understand business needs and technology requirements
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account status updates for management
Job Requirements
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management within the telecommunications industry
• Proven track record managing major telco accounts
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, or related field
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Experience working in a multinational company environment is preferred
• Understanding of telecommunications products, services, and market dynamics
