Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms for production environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver AI-powered solutions
- Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for performance, accuracy, and scalability
- Build and maintain data pipelines to support model training and deployment
- Deploy AI models into production systems and monitor their performance
- Research emerging AI technologies and methodologies to keep solutions current and competitive
- Document technical processes, model architectures, and system designs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or data science roles
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Experience with deep learning, natural language processing, or computer vision
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and data structures
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and model deployment
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for ML systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
