Job Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions for production environments
• Conduct research and experimentation with various AI/ML algorithms to solve complex business challenges
• Build and optimize neural networks using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras
• Collect, preprocess, and engineer large-scale datasets to ensure data quality and model performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders
• Implement MLOps practices for model monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement
• Document technical specifications, model architectures, and deployment procedures
• Stay current with the latest developments in AI research and recommend innovative solutions
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development and deployment
• Strong proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision is highly advantageous
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proven track record of deploying AI models into production environments
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks is a plus
