Our client, a leading FMCG company, is seeking a dynamic Assistant Channel Manager to drive channel performance and business growth in Indonesia's food service sector. Job Responsibilities
Identify and develop new potential customers to achieve sales and market share targets
Plan and execute sales and marketing programs while monitoring cost effectiveness
Coordinate activities to maximize territory and channel coverage growth
Work with distributor and sub-distributor sales teams to ensure execution excellence
Build and strengthen relationships with key food service and industrial customers
Deliver accurate sales volume forecasting from territory perspective
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports
Manage key accounts with healthy cost of doing business principles
Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams for campaign execution
Work with culinary and technical teams to drive product trials and menu applications
Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and industry developments
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Culinary/Hospitality or related field
Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in FMCG
Experience in Food Service (Restaurant) and/or Industrial Channel (Manufacturing)
Strong presentation skills and high self-confidence level
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluency in local language and English
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Self-motivated and determined to succeed in challenging environments
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
