Our client, a leading FMCG company, is seeking a dynamic Assistant Channel Manager to drive channel performance and business growth in Indonesia's food service sector. Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new potential customers to achieve sales and market share targets
  • Plan and execute sales and marketing programs while monitoring cost effectiveness
  • Coordinate activities to maximize territory and channel coverage growth
  • Work with distributor and sub-distributor sales teams to ensure execution excellence
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key food service and industrial customers
  • Deliver accurate sales volume forecasting from territory perspective
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports
  • Manage key accounts with healthy cost of doing business principles
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams for campaign execution
  • Work with culinary and technical teams to drive product trials and menu applications
  • Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and industry developments

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Culinary/Hospitality or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in FMCG
  • Experience in Food Service (Restaurant) and/or Industrial Channel (Manufacturing)
  • Strong presentation skills and high self-confidence level
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in local language and English
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Self-motivated and determined to succeed in challenging environments
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
  • Pragmatic, ethical approach with entrepreneurial interest
