HRGA Manager Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Human Resources strategies and initiatives aligned with the ove rall business strategy.
- Support current and future business need through the development, engagement, moti vation and preservation of human resources.
- Maintain compliance with Indonesia’s employment laws and regulations and recommen ded best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Initiate, drive and facilitate the best fit Employee Benefit Programs, Job Professionalism Developments, and Career Pathing to create opportunities for talents.
- Manage the performance management and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), mid-year and end-of-year performance appraisals.
- Manage, maintain and control all company assets and facilities including employee work facilities and infrastructure, such as work areas, office stationery, building maintenance and operational vehicles.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law / Psychology or equivalent.
- Sound knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Having experience minimal 7 years in the same fields.
- Having experience in EPC / Manufacturing / Fabrication / Mining Company.
- Experience in designing compensation and benefit programs.
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships with business leaders at all levels.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to be placed in Head Office - Sunter.
