HRGA Manager Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Implement Human Resources strategies and initiatives aligned with the ove rall business strategy.
  2. Support current and future business need through the development, engagement, moti vation and preservation of human resources.
  3. Maintain compliance with Indonesia’s employment laws and regulations and recommen ded best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  4. Initiate, drive and facilitate the best fit Employee Benefit Programs, Job Professionalism Developments, and Career Pathing to create opportunities for talents.
  5. Manage the performance management and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), mid-year and end-of-year performance appraisals.
  6. Manage, maintain and control all company assets and facilities including employee work facilities and infrastructure, such as work areas, office stationery, building maintenance and operational vehicles.

Qualifications

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law / Psychology or equivalent.
  2. Sound knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  3. Having experience minimal 7 years in the same fields.
  4. Having experience in EPC / Manufacturing / Fabrication / Mining Company.
  5. Experience in designing compensation and benefit programs.
  6. Proven ability to influence and build relationships with business leaders at all levels.
  7. Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
  8. Willing to be placed in Head Office - Sunter.
