Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards
Manage and develop branch staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and succession planning
Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets through strategic planning and team motivation
Maintain inventory control systems and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered across all touchpoints
Implement company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
Manage branch budget, control costs, and maximize profitability
Coordinate with head office and other branches to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
Maintain health, safety, and security standards within the branch
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational excellence
Strong leadership and people management skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in retail management systems and MS Office applications
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Knowledge of Indonesian retail regulations and compliance requirements
Customer-focused mindset with commitment to service excellence
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
