Job Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across all human resources functions

  • Shape and implement organizational development initiatives aligned with business objectives

  • Oversee workforce planning to ensure optimal talent alignment with business needs

  • Manage the complete talent lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies

  • Drive performance management processes and employee development programs

  • Design and implement compensation and benefits structures that are competitive and equitable

  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies

  • Oversee HR operations including HRIS management, data analytics, and policy implementation

  • Navigate industrial relations and legal matters to maintain harmonious workplace relations

  • Optimize HR systems and processes to maximize efficiency and accuracy

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing industry

  • Strong expertise in organizational development, workforce planning, and HR compliance

  • Demonstrated success in talent acquisition strategies and performance management

  • In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and market benchmarking

  • Comprehensive understanding of industrial relations laws and labor regulations

  • Proficiency in HR information systems, data analytics, and policy deployment

  • Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRCI-SPHR) are advantageous

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
