Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of a new business model focused on digital advertising with emphasis on sales growth

  • Drive new client acquisition and manage upselling opportunities with existing clients

  • Prepare proposals, conduct sales follow-up, and negotiate contracts to successful closure

  • Present advertising solutions and opportunities to prospective clients

  • Lead, establish, and optimize new business activities across the agency

  • Manage and develop an international Key Account team

  • Set targets and guidelines to ensure sales team efficiency and quality performance

  • Monitor international advertising industry trends and provide market insights

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to strategize client approaches across integrated channels including Creative, Digital, Social, and Media

  • Provide revenue analysis and market insights to support product optimization

  • Ensure smooth ad operations and campaign delivery

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience successfully leading sales initiatives or projects

  • At least 3 years in an Associate Managerial position

  • Agency background essential

  • Direct client service experience required

  • Strong track record of client acquisition and team success

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and syndicated tools

  • Strong digital advertising background

  • Demonstrated supervisory, delegation, and mentorship capabilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high emotional intelligence

  • Strategic thinking with ability to offer creative solutions

  • Strong presentation skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with commercial acumen

  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and multi-task efficiently
