Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and medical activation programs
Lead consumer marketing initiatives within the Consumer Department
Report directly to the Marketing Manager and collaborate with senior leadership
Manage and mentor direct reports to build a high-performing team
Drive brand performance through data-driven marketing campaigns
Oversee medical and scientific communication strategies
Coordinate cross-functional projects with sales, regulatory, and product development teams
Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI on brand investments
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in brand management and marketing
Proven track record in medical or healthcare marketing activation
Strong understanding of FMCG industry dynamics
Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills
Experience managing teams and stakeholder relationships
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in healthcare/medical communications
