Job Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the property management sector
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and corporate clients
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in Jakarta's property market
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements to secure new property management mandates
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through effective pipeline management
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions
• Monitor competitor activities and provide strategic insights to senior management
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within property management or real estate
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and winning new business
• Strong understanding of Jakarta's property market and industry dynamics
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Established network of contacts within Jakarta's property and real estate sector
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Jakarta
