Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to exceed performance KPIs

• Own and maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring accuracy in forecasting and deal progression

• Drive new business acquisition while expanding relationships with existing clients

• Support complex, high-value sales cycles and provide strategic guidance on deal closure

• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including pre-sales, technical consultants, and delivery teams

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals for senior management

• Ensure value-based selling approach focusing on business outcomes and ROI for clients

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or related field

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Business Manager or Sales Manager in IT solutions/ERP sector

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in enterprise software or IT services

• Strong understanding of IT solutions, cloud technologies, and digital transformation

• Experience managing and developing sales teams

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce or similar platforms)

• Strong business acumen with ability to understand client needs and translate them into solutions

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
