Job Responsibilities
Serve as the strategic leader and primary representative for the company's Indonesian operations based in Jakarta
Identify, approach, and negotiate with potential business partners and investors for joint ventures and strategic partnerships
Develop and present compelling business proposals and investment opportunities to high-net-worth individuals and corporate stakeholders
Lead the establishment of new business ventures, including hospitality concepts, retail operations, and investment funds
Build and manage a lean, high-performing team as the business scales
Oversee financial performance, reporting, and compliance across multiple business lines
Arrange and conduct high-level meetings with potential partners, investors, and industry leaders
Drive capital raising initiatives targeting Indonesian families for international real estate and investment funds
Job Requirements
Extensive network and proven ability to connect with Indonesia's business elite and wealthy families
Strong background in finance, private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or management consulting (McKinsey, BCG, or similar)
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree highly preferred
Minimum 8-12 years of professional experience in strategic roles
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build and grow businesses from the ground up
Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze deals and investment opportunities
Leadership capability to inspire and manage teams independently
Fluency in English required; Bahasa Indonesia highly advantageous
Comfortable operating with autonomy and making strategic decisions independently
