Our client, a leading multinational pharmaceutical company, is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join their Jakarta operations. Job Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs in accordance with Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations and international standards
Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments across all business operations
Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Monitor and ensure adherence to Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards
Liaise with regulatory authorities including BPOM (Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan) and manage all regulatory submissions
Investigate compliance breaches and implement corrective action plans
Maintain comprehensive compliance documentation and reporting systems
Stay current with changes in pharmaceutical legislation and industry best practices
Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Law, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Minimum 5-7 years of compliance experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Strong knowledge of Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations and BPOM requirements
Experience with GDP, GMP, and international compliance standards (FDA, EMA)
Proven track record in developing and implementing compliance programs
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
Professional certification in compliance (e.g., CCEP) is advantageous
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
