Job Responsibilities
• Support technical and administrative processes for customer printing operations as an on-site consultant
• Analyze and optimize customer workflows to increase productivity, efficiency, and profitability
• Conduct operational audits and develop improvement concepts for client facilities
• Document project progress, track savings potential, and report achieved results
• Implement and oversee ink room and press room operational processes
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Application teams to ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction
• Advise client accounts on continuous efficiency improvements within defined operational areas
• Support the implementation of company policies, standards, and best practices
Job Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in printing and ink room operations
• Bachelor's degree in Printing Science, Chemistry, or related field
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (highly preferred)
• Strong command of English language (written and spoken)
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in process management and consulting roles
• Excellent relationship management and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion
