**Job Responsibilities**
- Lead financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence for corporate finance transactions
- Prepare comprehensive investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for senior management and key stakeholders
- Manage capital raising activities including equity, debt, and structured financing solutions
- Conduct detailed industry research, competitive analysis, and market benchmarking studies
- Provide strategic financial advisory for mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance of business units and provide actionable recommendations
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction execution
- Support the development and implementation of corporate finance strategies aligned with business objectives
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA) preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or related advisory roles
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial analysis
- In-depth knowledge of capital markets, funding structures, and Indonesian regulatory environment
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex financial information
- Strong presentation and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
