Job Responsibilities
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and corporate documentation
• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and business transactions
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian corporate law and relevant regulations
• Manage corporate secretarial matters including board resolutions and company registrations
• Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate and commercial law issues
• Liaise with external counsel, regulatory bodies, and government agencies as required
• Support risk management initiatives and develop legal strategies to protect company interests
• Advise on employment law matters and contract disputes
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university
• Admission to the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably with exposure to multinational companies or reputable law firms
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law, company law, and commercial regulations
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
