This position offers the opportunity to lead sales strategy and drive business growth across Indonesia's industrial pumps market.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across Indonesia
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity
Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base within the industrial sector
Conduct regular market analysis to monitor competitor activities and industry trends
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met effectively
Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals with major industrial clients
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 8-10 years of sales experience in industrial pumps, fluid handling, or related capital equipment
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing country-level operations
Strong existing network within Indonesia's industrial, mining, oil & gas, or water treatment sectors
Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams
Strong technical aptitude to understand product applications and customer needs
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel extensively throughout Indonesia
Valid driver's license and ability to work independently
