**Job Responsibilities**
• Monitor and manage insurance premium collection processes and outstanding receivables
• Conduct regular follow-up with clients regarding overdue payments via phone, email, and written correspondence
• Process and reconcile premium payments, ensuring accurate allocation to client accounts
• Prepare aging reports and credit analysis to identify collection risks
• Liaise with underwriting and claims departments to resolve payment disputes or policy-related issues
• Issue payment reminders, demand letters, and account statements to clients
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and payment arrangements in the system
• Assist in month-end closing activities and prepare credit control reports for management review
• Support the implementation of credit policies and procedures to minimize bad debt exposure
**Job Requirements**
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in credit control, collection, or accounts receivable roles
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly advantageous
• Strong understanding of credit management principles and collection techniques
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to maintain professional relationships
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting or ERP systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
