Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum designs for preschool and early childhood programs
• Create educational content including placement tests, lesson plans, classroom activities, and learning materials
• Establish and maintain quality standards for all educational programs and teaching materials
• Design and execute teacher recruitment, training, and professional development initiatives
• Oversee daily operations of learning centers including class scheduling and resource management
• Monitor and improve student satisfaction metrics and program effectiveness
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support program promotion and enrollment strategies
• Conduct regular curriculum reviews and implement improvements based on feedback and educational best practices
Job Requirements
• Master's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in curriculum development and educational program management
• Proven track record in designing and implementing early childhood education programs
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teaching teams
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements
• Experience working collaboratively across departments including sales, marketing, and operations
