Job Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts across the APAC region, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle.

  • Drive product adoption and ensure customers achieve measurable business outcomes aligned with their goals.

  • Monitor account health, analyze usage data, and proactively identify risks and opportunities for growth.

  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic discussions with key stakeholders to reinforce ROI and align on priorities.

  • Collaborate with global Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams to resolve issues and influence product development.

  • Develop and refine scalable customer success processes, playbooks, and tools to enhance efficiency and consistency across the region.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting within B2B technology, ideally in SaaS or usage-based models.

  • Proven track record managing enterprise-level clients across APAC, with strong knowledge of the Indonesian market.

  • Experience in digital identity, financial services, or KYC-related industries is a strong advantage.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive product adoption, retention, and expansion through strategic account management.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with a high degree of autonomy.

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and business stakeholders.

  • Professional fluency in English and at least one local APAC language.
