Job Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts across the APAC region, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle.
Drive product adoption and ensure customers achieve measurable business outcomes aligned with their goals.
Monitor account health, analyze usage data, and proactively identify risks and opportunities for growth.
Conduct regular business reviews and strategic discussions with key stakeholders to reinforce ROI and align on priorities.
Collaborate with global Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams to resolve issues and influence product development.
Develop and refine scalable customer success processes, playbooks, and tools to enhance efficiency and consistency across the region.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting within B2B technology, ideally in SaaS or usage-based models.
Proven track record managing enterprise-level clients across APAC, with strong knowledge of the Indonesian market.
Experience in digital identity, financial services, or KYC-related industries is a strong advantage.
Demonstrated ability to drive product adoption, retention, and expansion through strategic account management.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with a high degree of autonomy.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
Professional fluency in English and at least one local APAC language.
