Job Responsibilities
Conduct regular performance evaluations, set KPIs, and provide constructive feedback to boost team performance and confidence.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance daily operations, ensuring high efficiency and consistent achievement of service level agreements (SLAs).
Identify process inefficiencies, implement improvements, and use data insights to drive productivity and meet SLA targets.
Act as the main liaison for clients, maintaining strong relationships and responding proactively to their evolving needs.
Monitor key performance metrics and prepare detailed performance reports for both internal stakeholders and clients.
Proactively identify operational risks and enforce measures to ensure data protection and safeguard business continuity.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or relevant overseas working experience.
Fluent English communication skills (minimum C1 level), with strong spoken English proficiency.
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Team Leader in customer service, especially with international customer/client/vendor interaction.
Proven leadership in multinational corporate settings, particularly in project implementation.
Experience in the travel & aviation industry is a plus.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.
Analytical thinker with a talent for interpreting data to improve processes.
Excellent logical reasoning (logic score of 90+ preferred) and sound decision-making skills.
Willingness to work shifting schedules to accommodate international clients.
