Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, set KPIs, and provide constructive feedback to boost team performance and confidence.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance daily operations, ensuring high efficiency and consistent achievement of service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Identify process inefficiencies, implement improvements, and use data insights to drive productivity and meet SLA targets.

  • Act as the main liaison for clients, maintaining strong relationships and responding proactively to their evolving needs.

  • Monitor key performance metrics and prepare detailed performance reports for both internal stakeholders and clients.

  • Proactively identify operational risks and enforce measures to ensure data protection and safeguard business continuity.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or relevant overseas working experience.

  • Fluent English communication skills (minimum C1 level), with strong spoken English proficiency.

  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Team Leader in customer service, especially with international customer/client/vendor interaction.

  • Proven leadership in multinational corporate settings, particularly in project implementation.

  • Experience in the travel & aviation industry is a plus.

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.

  • Analytical thinker with a talent for interpreting data to improve processes.

  • Excellent logical reasoning (logic score of 90+ preferred) and sound decision-making skills.

  • Willingness to work shifting schedules to accommodate international clients.
