Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute a visionary culinary concept that aligns with the restaurant's luxury standards.
Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control.
Lead, train, and inspire a diverse team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve excellence.
Manage inventory, food costs, and supplier relationships to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain the highest hygiene standards.
Collaborate with the management team to align culinary offerings with the overall guest experience.
Job Requirements
15+ years of experience in culinary leadership, with a strong background in luxury or fine dining establishments.
Proven expertise in menu development, kitchen operations, and team management.
Strong foundation in Mediterranean cuisine, with knowledge of modern culinary trends.
Hands-on experience in pre-opening phases, including staffing, costing, and kitchen setup.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training is preferred.
Australian citizenship is advantageous, with insight into contemporary Australian and Asian food trends.
