Our client, a leading provider of innovative bulk material handling solutions in Southeast Asia, is seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to drive business growth across the region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge conveyor technology while building strong relationships with key industry players in mining, cement, power, and bulk handling sectors.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct market analysis to assess current market conditions, activity levels, and sales potential across Southeast Asia
Develop and maintain an expansive sales network covering Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, and the Philippines
Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the Asian mining and industrial markets
Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers, including end users and engineering design firms
Prepare and deliver product presentations and quotations to clients
Forecast sales targets and conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts in accordance with company guidelines
Monitor product deliveries and installations to ensure customer satisfaction
Generate repeat business through exceptional customer service and issue resolution
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Mineral Processing
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Mining and Industrial Industry
Sales experience with an established network in the region (preferred)
Strong knowledge of the Southeast Asian industrial market
Familiarity with bulk material handling systems (advantageous)
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to work independently and demonstrate consultative selling techniques
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for client presentations
Willingness to travel frequently within ASEAN countries
