Select Headhunter is partnering with a leading market research company in Jakarta to find an experienced Finance Accounting Tax Manager. Job Responsibilities
• Manage all accounting functions including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the organization's tax position and ensure full compliance
• Conduct financial analysis and performance evaluations to provide actionable insights to senior management
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Lead and manage the accounting and tax team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
• Coordinate and manage the annual external audit process
• Oversee implementation and maintenance of financial systems and software tools
• Ensure compliance with all applicable financial and tax regulations including statutory filings and government reporting
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or related field; CPA, CA, or equivalent certification preferred
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting and tax roles
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Proven experience in tax planning, tax provision, and tax strategy development
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights
• Proficiency in accounting software systems and advanced Microsoft Excel
• Previous managerial or supervisory experience is essential
• Experience with ERP systems and tax software is highly beneficial
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong leadership abilities with capacity to develop and motivate teams
• High level of professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information
