Job Responsibilities
- Oversee financial controls, reporting, and maintaining the organization's financial integrity
- Manage treasury and capital operations, including cash flow monitoring and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/PSAK standards, particularly IFRS 17 (PSAK 117) and tax regulations
- Lead billing and collection processes, working with distribution teams to optimize efficiency
- Supervise investment operations, reporting, and custodian relationships
- Develop and mentor the finance team to build capabilities and drive performance
- Prepare management reports and provide financial insights to support business decisions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of financial management experience in the insurance industry
- At least 5 years of proven leadership experience in finance/accounting functions
- Strong knowledge of IFRS 17, IFRS 9, and tax regulations applicable to insurance companies
- Experience managing treasury, billing, and investment operations
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
