Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Lead and mentor the marketing team to deliver high-performing campaigns
Manage brand portfolio and ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels
Oversee product launches and go-to-market strategies
Drive digital marketing initiatives and e-commerce growth
Manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI across all marketing activities
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective trade marketing programs
Build relationships with media partners, agencies, and key stakeholders
Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and KPIs
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
Minimum 10 years of marketing experience in the FMCG sector
At least 5 years in a senior marketing leadership role
Proven track record of successful brand management and campaign execution
Strong understanding of the Indonesian consumer market and cultural nuances
Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce platforms
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Experience managing significant marketing budgets
