Job Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives
• Lead, mentor and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders
• Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets and performance reports for senior management
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with business goals
• Design and implement training programs to enhance the capabilities of sales personnel
Job Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the insurance industry with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in life insurance
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams of 20+ sales professionals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Deep understanding of insurance regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field; MBA preferred
• Strategic thinking capabilities with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Established network within the Indonesian insurance market
