Select Headhunter is proud to represent a prestigious and rapidly expanding hotel group in their search for an exceptional Multi-Property Hotel General Manager. This senior executive opportunity offers the chance to lead a diverse portfolio of four distinctive properties—two large-scale hotels and two boutique establishments.

Job Responsibilities

  • Hold full P&L accountability for four properties, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

  • Develop and execute a cohesive multi-property business strategy aligned with group objectives

  • Provide direct oversight of all operational areas including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management, Maintenance, and Spa/Wellness

  • Implement and maintain the highest standards of quality, service, guest satisfaction, and health & safety

  • Work closely with Revenue Management to develop aggressive pricing and distribution strategies

  • Lead Sales & Marketing efforts to drive occupancy and market penetration

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire multi-site teams including on-site General Managers and Heads of Department

  • Foster a high-performance culture with focus on accountability and continuous improvement

  • Act as guardian of the guest experience across all properties while preserving each hotel's unique identity

  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify revenue growth opportunities

  • Make critical investment decisions regarding capital expenditure for renovations, technology, and amenities

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in the hospitality industry

  • At least 5 years as a General Manager

  • Demonstrable experience with full P&L responsibility for multi-million pound/dollar turnover operations

  • Proven track record in both large-scale (200+ rooms) and boutique/lifestyle hotel environments

  • Strategic vision with ability to translate strategy into actionable operational plans

  • Expert-level understanding of hotel financial statements, budgeting, and revenue management principles

  • Charismatic and inspiring leadership style capable of motivating diverse teams across multiple locations

  • Deep, hands-on knowledge of all hotel departments with relentless drive for efficiency and quality

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Superb analytical and decision-making abilities in complex situations

  • Calm under pressure with resilient problem-solving approach
