Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational growth
Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and talent retention initiatives
Manage employee relations, performance management systems, and disciplinary procedures
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and company policies
Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination
Lead training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities
Manage general affairs including facilities management, vendor relationships, and office operations
Oversee security, safety protocols, and occupational health programs
Prepare HR metrics, reports, and analytics for senior management review
Lead and develop the HRGA team to ensure operational excellence
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Minimum 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Proven experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and regulatory compliance
Excellent leadership and people management capabilities
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Problem-solving mindset with strategic thinking abilities
Experience managing general affairs and facilities operations
Willingness to be based in Jawa Timur
