Job Responsibilities

  • Lead organizational development initiatives to enhance workforce capability and business performance

  • Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with industry standards

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations

  • Develop and execute talent retention strategies to reduce turnover and improve employee engagement

  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and manufacturing industry regulations

  • Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives

  • Manage employee grievances and conflict resolution in a fair and timely manner

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all HR functions

  • Oversee payroll administration and benefits management processes

  • Lead HR projects and change management initiatives within the manufacturing facility

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred

  • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in the manufacturing sector

  • Proven expertise in organizational development and compensation & benefits management

  • Strong track record of hands-on HR delivery in fast-paced manufacturing environments

  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law and manufacturing industry practices

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English

  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective HR strategies and programs

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR metrics and data-driven decision making

  • Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, CHRP, or equivalent) is highly advantageous

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
