Our client, a well-established company in the manufacturing sector, is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to lead and develop the IT infrastructure department while implementing best practices in network management, cyber security, and technical support.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and control IT infrastructure readiness across all areas (network and desktop)
Manage and implement IT infrastructure maintenance schedules and cyber security protocols
Lead troubleshooting and recovery activities for IT infrastructure issues
Generate comprehensive reports on IT infrastructure issues and implement corrective actions
Oversee IT team development and performance management
Control budget allocation for IT infrastructure projects and activities
Implement EMS, OHSAS, & Quality policies in accordance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 9001 standards
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and helpdesk support
Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure systems and related technologies
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with ISO standards implementation is highly desirable
