Job Responsibilities
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication across all levels
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Facilitate change management processes and resolve technical or administrative challenges
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards
• Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and practices
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management frameworks
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or similar certification is highly desirable
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
