Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily factory operations and production processes for gold jewelry manufacturing
Manage and supervise production teams, including craftsmen, operators, and quality control staff
Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are met while maintaining quality standards
Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols throughout the manufacturing process
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, including gold and precious stones
Coordinate with procurement team for sourcing materials and equipment
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
Manage production budgets and control manufacturing costs
Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
Prepare production reports and KPI analysis for senior management

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in factory management, preferably in jewelry or precious metals manufacturing
Strong knowledge of gold jewelry production processes and techniques
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in production planning and inventory management
Understanding of precious metals handling and security protocols
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
