Job Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts to deliver high-quality analytical outputs
• Develop and implement data analysis frameworks and methodologies for marketing campaigns
• Design and build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively
• Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, and strategy departments
• Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for clients and stakeholders
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and governance across all analytics projects
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and clients
• Drive continuous improvement in analytics processes and tools
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 3 years in the marketing sector
• At least 2 years of proven leadership experience managing and developing analytics teams
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and statistical programming languages (Python or R)
• Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics, including campaign attribution, customer segmentation, and ROI analysis
• Experience with marketing platforms and tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, social media analytics)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders
• Proven track record of delivering actionable insights that drive business results
• Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
