Job Responsibilities
Oversee and manage end-to-end logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, and distribution
Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize costs and improve service delivery
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock management systems
Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics team to achieve operational excellence
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies
Analyze logistics data and prepare reports on KPIs, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives
Negotiate contracts with freight forwarders, carriers, and third-party logistics providers
Manage logistics budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in logistics management, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry
Proven track record of managing complex logistics operations in Indonesia
Strong understanding of Indonesian logistics regulations and customs procedures
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Proficient in logistics software and MS Office applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
