Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive footfall and revenue growth
Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, website, and online advertising platforms
Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels
Plan and coordinate promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and partnership initiatives
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions
Manage marketing budget allocation and monitor ROI on all marketing activities
Lead collaborations with schools, community organizations, and corporate clients for group bookings
Supervise marketing team members and external agencies to deliver campaign objectives
Track and report on key marketing metrics and KPIs to senior management
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in family entertainment, retail, or hospitality sectors
Proven track record of developing successful B2C marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools including social media management, SEO/SEM, and analytics platforms
Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating measurable ROI
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
Creative mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Proficiency in marketing software and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Analytics)
Team leadership experience with ability to inspire and develop junior marketers
