Select Headhunter is partnering with a well-established cable manufacturing company to identify an experienced Production & Maintenance Head for their Tangerang facility. Job Responsibilities
Oversee all production operations and maintenance activities across the cable manufacturing facility
Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and quality standards
Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
Manage production and maintenance teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies
Monitor and analyze production metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management
Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure material availability
Implement and maintain 5S, lean manufacturing, and other operational excellence methodologies
Manage departmental budgets and control operational costs
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in production and maintenance management, preferably in cable manufacturing or related industries
Strong knowledge of cable manufacturing processes, machinery, and quality control systems
Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams of 50+ employees
Solid understanding of preventive maintenance systems, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and equipment reliability
Familiarity with ISO quality standards and safety regulations
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
Strong project management capabilities and ability to handle multiple priorities
Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Willingness to be based in Tangerang
