Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic account plans for key OTC retail customers in the Denpasar region
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at major pharmacy chains, supermarkets, and retail outlets
Achieve sales targets and expand market share for the OTC pharmaceutical portfolio
Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to identify growth opportunities
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic planning
Negotiate contracts, promotional activities, and trade terms with key accounts
Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless execution
Analyze sales data and provide accurate forecasting and reporting to management
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management within the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector
Proven track record of managing OTC pharmaceutical products is essential
Strong understanding of the Indonesian retail pharmacy landscape
Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
