Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives and cost optimization goals
Manage end-to-end procurement processes for raw materials, chemicals, and industrial equipment
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers to achieve favorable terms and conditions
Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and stakeholders across the supply chain
Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and supply risks within the chemical sector
Lead supplier evaluation, qualification, and performance review processes
Collaborate with production, quality control, and finance teams to ensure procurement alignment
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
Manage procurement budgets and provide regular reporting on cost savings and KPIs
Mentor and develop the procurement team to enhance capability and performance
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, or related field
Minimum 7 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Proven experience in the chemical, petrochemical, or manufacturing industry
Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated track record of achieving cost savings
Comprehensive knowledge of procurement best practices, supply chain management, and vendor management
Familiarity with chemical industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements
Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and make strategic decisions
Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is highly preferred
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
