Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring smooth day-to-day operational transitions.
Oversee stakeholder alignment across departments, including collaboration with Heads of Department and regional offices.
Drive change management initiatives related to mergers, acquisitions, or divestments.
Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain momentum.
Prepare and present reports to senior management and regional project teams.
Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and governance frameworks throughout the transition process.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in project management, preferably within FMCG, consulting, or related industries.
Proven experience managing projects involving organizational change, M&A, or divestment.
Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex business structures.
Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail, structured work approach, and results-oriented mindset.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, or a related field.
