Job Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of data center construction and fit-out projects from initiation through to completion
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure delivery within agreed parameters
Coordinate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) contractors, vendors, and stakeholders
Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to senior management
Ensure all work complies with data center industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
Identify and mitigate project risks while implementing effective problem-solving strategies
Lead cross-functional project teams and facilitate effective communication among all parties
Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and as-built drawings
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience in data center or mission-critical facilities
Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including cooling systems, power distribution, and raised floor environments
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (PMP certification preferred)
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Willingness to be based in Cikarang and travel to project sites as required
Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
