Our client, a leading property development company in Jawa Barat, is seeking an experienced Property Project Manager to oversee their residential and commercial projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead significant developments from inception through to completion, working with a dynamic team in one of Indonesia's most active property markets.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end project delivery including planning, design, construction, and handover phases
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial models to ensure projects meet financial objectives
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and government agencies to secure necessary permits and approvals
• Monitor construction progress and quality standards, conducting regular site inspections
• Prepare comprehensive project reports, performance metrics, and presentations for senior management
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and contractors to optimize project costs
• Identify and mitigate project risks while implementing contingency plans
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in property development or project management within the real estate sector
• Proven track record of successfully delivering residential or commercial property projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and permit procedures
• Excellent financial modeling and budget management skills
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required
