Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for residential and commercial properties to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Lead, mentor and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance and professional development
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities across digital platforms, exhibitions, and traditional media
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property agents, brokers, and strategic business partners
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and business opportunities
- Oversee the customer journey from initial inquiry through to transaction completion and handover
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports for senior management
- Establish and monitor KPIs for the sales team and implement improvement initiatives
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value property deals with corporate and individual clients
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property sales with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the real estate sector
- Strong knowledge of the Jawa Barat property market, competitor landscape, and customer preferences
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region
