Our client, a leading telecommunications infrastructure company in Jakarta, is seeking a dedicated QHSE Analyst to strengthen their health, safety, and environmental management systems. Job Responsibilities
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and evaluations to control all occupational safety and health activities
• Ensure all operational activities are executed safely and in full compliance with HSE procedures
• Prepare and maintain QHSE reports and conduct QHSE refreshment training sessions
• Analyze certification and surveillance requirements for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill certification clauses and prepare necessary documentation
• Compile and submit P2K3 (Occupational Safety and Health Committee) reports
• Perform hazard identification and risk assessment activities across all operations
• Monitor and ensure compliance with SMK3 (Indonesian Occupational Health and Safety Management System)
• Support internal audit processes and implement corrective actions
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field
• General AK3 (Occupational Safety Expert) certification is mandatory
• Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SMK3 standards
• Minimum 2 years of experience in QHSE roles, preferably in telecommunications or infrastructure sectors
• Strong communication and administration skills with attention to detail
• Service-minded approach with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Highly motivated, confident, and proactive work style
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to conduct business travel as required
