Select Headhunter is partnering with a leading digital marketing agency based in Jakarta to find an experienced Regional Director. This is an opportunity to lead strategic initiatives across the Asia region, driving business growth and operational excellence within a dynamic and innovative environment.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with company objectives
Oversee P&L management and ensure revenue targets are met across the region
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across multiple markets
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion initiatives
Ensure operational efficiency and service delivery excellence across all regional offices
Collaborate with global leadership to implement best practices and standardize processes
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
Minimum 10-12 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
Proven track record of managing regional operations across multiple countries in Asia
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing
Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and P&L responsibility
Excellent leadership and people management skills with ability to inspire and develop teams
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English; additional Asian languages a plus
Willingness to travel extensively across the region
Experience working with international clients and cross-cultural teams
