Job Responsibilities
Lead and execute regional sales and market development strategies
Build, recruit, train, and manage the sales team
Establish and manage a customer service (CS) support network
Develop and maintain direct relationships with dentists, clinics, and dental chains
Drive new customer acquisition and long-term account growth
Coordinate with production, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in the dental industry
Proven experience selling products or services directly to dental clinics or dentists
Existing dentist/clinic network (highly preferred)
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
Result-oriented and able to work independently
Fluent in Indonesian (mandatory)
Strong working proficiency in English (mandatory)
Mandarin language skills (a strong plus)
