Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the civil construction industry
Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads within the construction sector
Provide technical solutions and product recommendations based on client project requirements
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to engineering teams
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop customized solutions
Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions in accordance with client specifications
Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the civil construction industry
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth objectives
Provide after-sales technical support and maintain ongoing client engagement
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales within the construction or engineering industry
Strong understanding of civil construction processes, materials, and equipment
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Willingness to travel to project sites and client locations across Indonesia
Valid driver's license
