Our client, a leading automotive organization in Indonesia, is seeking an experienced Sales Excellence Manager to drive sales performance and operational efficiency across their dealership network. Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive sales excellence frameworks and best practices across all dealerships
Analyze sales performance metrics and create actionable insights to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction
Design and deliver training programs to enhance the capabilities of sales teams and management
Establish standardized sales processes and ensure consistent execution across the network
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic sales initiatives
Collaborate with marketing, aftersales, and operations teams to create integrated customer experiences
Conduct regular dealership audits and provide coaching to improve sales performance
Lead the implementation of CRM systems and digital sales tools
Set KPIs and performance targets aligned with business objectives
Job Requirements
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 3 years in a sales excellence, training, or regional sales management role
Proven track record of improving sales performance and developing high-performing teams
Strong analytical skills with experience in sales data analysis and reporting
Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Deep understanding of automotive retail operations and customer journey
Experience with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Willingness to travel regularly across the dealership network
